Campbell Fleming has over 35 years of experience in asset management and financial services. He joined the board of Bennelong Funds Management in November 2024.

His career highlights include leading the distribution integration at Aberdeen Asset Management during its merger with Standard Life and serving as Chief Executive – EMEA and Global COO at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He has held senior roles at JPMorgan Asset Management, Robert Fleming Asset Management, and Abrdn Plc. More recently, Campbell was the CEO of AssetCo Plc, a London listed asset manager that grew rapidly to have interests in combined assets under administration of circa $25bn in 20 months.

Campbell stepped down from his execute roles in July 2023 to pursue his non-executive portfolio, also seeking involvement in an Australian asset management business.

Campbell has worked with financial regulators in the UK and Australia, and the Attorney General’s Department in Sydney. He has held directorships across various global regulated subsidiaries and chaired key industry committees.

He is currently the Chairman and co-founder of Big Exchange Ltd, Deputy Chairman of Ruffer Investments LLP, a Non-Executive Director of Harwood Capital Ltd, and Chair of Crown Bennbridge Investments.
